The Team Operates on the chain of command , All Team mates are expected to respect themselves and their Leaders accordingly. Authority for Promotion of Team Members The Commanding Officer of theTeam (DeltaForce 155 ) may promote a Team Member subject to the following conditions: - Promotion is not automatic, rank must be earned by qualification and merit .
- A vacancy must exist within the Team.
- Evaluations are completed on ALL Team Members to be considered for a higher rank.
- If a Team member is considered AWOL without notice he or she may be considered for Demotion Pending the Commanding Officers opinion , and when the Team Member returns to playing duty , the CO's opinion will determine whether he or she shall return to their repected Rank prior to leave
